These terms apply when you buy a license for a desktop program sold on
aisearch.tech (for example, Konspekt). By completing the purchase you accept
them.
1. Who sells the license
The license is granted by Valerii Frolov, an independent software developer
("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What you get
2.1. A non-exclusive license to install and use the program on **one
workstation** (one computer) at a time. You may move the program with your key
to another computer of yours, for example when you replace it, but you may not
use one key on several computers at the same time. For several workstations,
buy several licenses.
2.2. The license has no end date. The version you install keeps working
forever.
2.3. Updates depend on the license type shown on the purchase page and written
into the key:
- Lifetime — the key works with all versions of the program, including
future ones;
- 6 months of updates — the key works with every version released up to
and including the last day of the six-month term counted from the day the
key is issued. Versions released later run in trial mode with this key; you
can keep using any version released within the term.
2.4. The program can be tried before purchase: 10 meetings with every feature.
2.5. The source code of the program may be published separately under its own
license (FSL-1.1-MIT). These terms do not limit the rights you have under that
license; they give you the right to use the ready-made build with a key.
2.6. The key contains the name or company and the email you entered. Do not
share, sell or publish your key.
3. Price and payment
3.1. The price is shown on the purchase page: in euros for buyers in the
European Union and in US dollars for everyone else. There is no subscription.
3.2. You pay in USDT (TRC-20 network) or Bitcoin. After checkout you get an
address and the exact amount in coins. The amount is fixed for 15 minutes.
3.3. The key is issued automatically once the full amount has arrived and the
network has confirmed the transfer. If less than the full amount arrives, the
order waits for the rest. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, the invoice
expires; if you sent the payment after that, write to us with your order
number.
3.4. Network fees are paid by the sender. Always send in the network shown on
the invoice: a transfer in a different network cannot be recovered.
4. Delivery and refunds
4.1. The key is shown on the order page and sent to your email, together with
a PDF of the license.
4.2. By completing the purchase you ask us to deliver the key immediately.
Once the key has been delivered, the right to withdraw from the purchase no
longer applies, to the extent the law allows this for digital content.
4.3. If the key does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund the payment.
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed automatically: the refund is sent in the
same currency to an address you give us, minus the network fee.
4.4. Lost your key? Request it again on the purchase page: we send all keys
bought with your email.
5. Your responsibilities
The program records audio on your computer. Recording laws differ by country:
tell people before you record them. You are responsible for how you use the
program and the recordings.
6. Warranty and liability
The program is provided as is. We do our best to fix errors, but we do not
promise that the program fits a particular purpose or works without errors.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid
for the license.
7. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. A license you have already
bought stays under the terms in force on the day of purchase.
