These terms apply when you use AiSearch at aisearch.tech: the website, your
account and everything you do in it. By creating an account or using the
service you accept them. Programs you install on your computer, such as
Konspekt, are covered by the separate license terms.
1. Who provides the service
AiSearch is provided by Valerii Frolov, an independent software developer
("we", "us"). He works as a private individual: no company has been registered for
aisearch.tech. If one is, we will name it here. Contact: [email protected].
2. What the service does
2.1. AiSearch gives you access to AI models from third-party providers,
including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and others, for working with text,
images and audio.
2.2. Answers are generated by those models. They can be wrong, incomplete or
out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. We do not
guarantee that an answer is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
2.3. When you use a model through AiSearch, you also have to follow the usage
rules of that model's provider.
2.4. We may add, change or remove models and features. If a model disappears,
we try to offer a comparable one.
3. Your account
3.1. Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are
responsible for what happens in it.
3.2. You must be old enough to agree to these terms under the law of your
country.
4. Paid plans and balance
4.1. Some features are free, others are paid. Current prices and limits are on
the pricing page.
4.2. You pay in advance: you top up your balance or buy a plan. Payment is
made in cryptocurrency: USDT in the TRC-20 network or Bitcoin. Network fees
are paid by the sender, and a transfer sent in the wrong network cannot be
recovered.
4.3. A plan has a term and a usage limit. Keep an eye on them in your
account: unused limits do not carry over after the term ends.
4.4. Payments for periods and usage already provided are not refunded. If a
payment was made fraudulently by someone else, or we charged you by mistake,
write to us and we will sort it out. This does not limit any refund rights
that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
4.5. If the service is unavailable through our fault, we extend your plan by
the time it was down.
5. Your content
5.1. What you upload and what you create with the service is yours. We do not
claim any rights to it.
5.2. We store your chats and files in your account so that you can come back
to them. You can delete them at any time.
5.3. To answer you, we send your request to the provider of the model you
chose. See the privacy policy for details.
5.4. Upload only material you have the right to use.
6. What is not allowed
You may not use AiSearch to:
- break the law or encourage others to break it;
- create content that threatens people's life or health, harasses others or
violates their rights;
- get around the limits or protection of the service, access other people's
accounts or data, or interfere with the service for others;
- resell access to the service without our written permission.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Payments for
the time already provided are not refunded in that case.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable
for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the
amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first: we answer within
30 days and try to settle any dispute by email.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. We
announce important changes at least two weeks before they take effect.
