This notice explains what personal data we process when you buy a program
license on aisearch.tech, and why.
1. Who we are
Valerii Frolov, an independent software developer ("we"). He works as a private individual: no company has been registered for
aisearch.tech. If one is, we will name it here. Contact:
2. What we collect
- the email you enter — to send the key;
- the name or company you enter — it is written into the license;
- order details: program, license type, price and currency, the payment
address we generated for you, the amount and the payment status;
- your country, determined from your IP address — only to show the price
in euros or dollars.
We do not ask for card details: payment is made in cryptocurrency. Blockchain
transfers are public by nature; we do not try to identify the sender's wallet.
3. Why and on what basis
To issue and deliver your license, resend lost keys and answer your questions.
The legal basis is the performance of the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)
GDPR).
4. Where the data is stored and who receives it
Orders are stored on our servers in Germany, and emails with keys are sent
from there too. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
5. How long
As long as your license is valid and we may need to resend your key, and as
long as accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to
your data protection authority. If we delete your order, we can no longer
resend the key. Write to [email protected].
7. The program itself
The program does not send your recordings, transcripts or notes to us. It has
no telemetry. If you connect your own model server, text goes to that server,
which you control.
