Privacy policy

Updated: 05/10/2026

Version of 5 October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data AiSearch processes when you use

aisearch.tech, why, and what rights you have. If you buy a license for a

program, the privacy notice for license buyers

also applies.

1. Who we are

Valerii Frolov, an independent software developer ("we"). He works as a private individual: no company has been registered for

aisearch.tech. If one is, we will name it here. Contact:

[email protected].

2. What we collect

  • Account data: your email, your name if you give it, and your password

(stored only as a hash). If you sign in through another service, we receive

the email and name that service passes to us.

  • What you send to the service: your requests to AI models, the answers,

and the files you upload.

  • Payments: amounts, dates and payment status, the address we generated

for you and the transfer amount. Payment is made in cryptocurrency, so we

never ask for card details. Blockchain transfers are public by nature; we

do not try to identify the sender's wallet.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs of

requests to the service.

  • Support messages: what you write to us in the chat, by email or in

Telegram.

3. Why and on what basis

  • To provide the service and run your account — performance of the contract

with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • To take payments and keep accounting records — contract and legal

obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors — our legitimate

interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • To understand how the site is used — our legitimate interest, using the

statistics described in section 6.

We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train models.

4. Who receives your data

  • AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic), directly or

through the OpenRouter gateway, receive the request you send to their

model, so that it can answer. They process it under their own terms.

  • Hosting: our servers and file storage are at Hetzner in Germany.
  • Support and email: our support chat and the mail service that sends

license keys run on our servers in Germany.

  • Authorities, when the law requires us to disclose data.

Some of these recipients are outside the European Economic Area, including

the AI model providers.

5. How long we keep it

As long as you use the service. When you delete your account or ask us to

delete your data, we delete it within 14 working days, except what the law

requires us to keep (for example, payment records). Technical logs are kept

for a limited time to fix errors and prevent abuse.

6. Cookies and statistics

Cookies are small text files the site saves in your browser.

Our own cookies:

  • NEXT_LOCALE — the interface language you chose;
  • session and sign-in cookies — to keep you signed in between pages.

Statistics:

  • OpenPanel, running on our own servers, counts visits; the data does not

go to third parties;

  • Yandex Metrica (counter 92301734) shows how visitors use the site. It

sets its own cookies (_ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad) and is provided by

Yandex. You can block it with the

Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on

or by blocking cookies in your browser.

If you block all cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its

processing, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object to

processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also complain to the

data protection authority of your country. Write to [email protected].

8. Security

Connections to the service are encrypted (TLS). Access to servers is limited

to the people who maintain them. Our email is protected with SPF, DKIM and

DMARC.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. We

announce important changes at least two weeks before they take effect.
